This is an official scheme. It gives you & your parents peace of mind.

The scheme is administered by Bristol City Council in conjunction with the two universities. Standards laid down by fire, police and Corgi agencies are regularly inspected. Accreditation specifically covers:

Fire Safety	Gas Safety	Electrical Safety	Furniture Fire Safety
Security	Energy Efficiency	Good Management	Amenities

A sample certificate is reproduced below. A current certificate is kept inside the front door or each house.
