Application Forms                        

You can download the necessary forms here. There are no agency fees to pay except a non-returnable £50 fee for a ‘third party’ inventory check. This protects you and your (returnable) deposit of £200 .

To apply to live in one of our houses you usually need to form a group of people to fill the house as we give preference to whole group applications. (A very few of our houses do have space for individuals – contact us or see the listings.)

You can fill in an application form ‘on spec’ & return it to us by e-mail before you view any houses if you like: there is no commitment at this stage but it speeds things up – especially if there are other groups hoping to rent the same house.

Once you have viewed a house you want to live in you can reserve it for 24 hours by paying £50 (per person) towards the total of £250 (per person for fee and deposit) due when the contract is signed. This is usually done two or three days after the £50 down payment. You will also need to ask a parent to guarantee your rent.
